The beauty of the area and the importance of sustaining it for future generations were the inspiration for our 12 new Nature’s Cottages. Each cottage was constructed and is operated using the highest standards of ecologically sustainable green practices.

The cottages are located high in the redwood trees with views of the creek or pool yard. In our Nature’s Cottages guests don’t stay in rooms, but in charming nests of privacy and comfort with all the essential features and many luxury extras. Double-panel, low e windows, and solar-energy are just some of the exceptional details. Furnished to fit their environment with generously sized cedar log furniture, the cottages are light and airy with private decks. They include a living area with a futon couch that can be made into a bed for families. The fully-equipped kitchen has a stove/oven/grill combination, a microwave oven, refrigerator with in-door ice and water, dishwasher and coffeemaker with Taylor Maid’s premium organic, fair-traded, shade-grown coffee. A dual-sided gas fireplace provides heat and romance to both the master bedroom with queen-size bed and the living area. Luxury extras include flat panel televisions with satellite service and HBO, CD, DVD and VCR players and clock radios. Wireless Internet access is available throughout the resort. Complimentary and accessible parking is available for each cottage.
