General Policies

• Rates do not include tax and, unless guaranteed by reservations, are subject to change without notice.
• Well-behaved guests of all ages and orientations are welcome but absolutely NO pets without prior arrangement.
• Check-in time is 3 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. Exceptions are available but are subject to charges over the regular rate.
• More than a seven day notice of cancellation is required for refund of advance deposits (less a $15 processing fee).
• Certain minimum stay requirements apply: two nights on weekends; three and four nights (as appropriate) on holiday weekends and during special events; one week rental in cottages during July and August. Shorter stays may be permitted on a space available basis, but those exceptions are subject to a premium charge of $5-$50 per night.
